Asus Virtual Camera Help?

Ok so i just got my Asus Laptop and when i try to open the virtual camera it doesn’t open all it does is say do you trust and wish to open this program and i click yes and nothing ever happens and i’ve done this numerous times…I even made a shortcut for it and it still doesn’t open so can someone please help me?
It does work when im on a webcam site like skype but i just want to open it on my desktop…
no nothing at all what so ever pops up about the virtual cam abosutely nothing

Does anything open at the bottom right hand side of the screen? in the taskbar? If something does double click on the icon and it should pop up.
