Need a good camcorder, about <$200?

I know nothing about cameras and the like. I’m looking for a moderately priced camcorder. It should have the following
-Shoots in high quality or maybe HD
-Autofocus
-Zoom that doesn’t get blurry as you close in(I guess that’s autofocus)
-Night vision mode
-Built in mic
-Does NOT use Disc, Dv, or tape
-Uses memory card/stick
-Chargeable battery pack
-Standard view finder
-Standard tripod mount
All for around or under $200.
So what camcorder could I use?
Forgot to mention I need video playback on the camcorder.

Once you’ve found the model double check google, ebay, and even craigslist.

Also, make sure you get a camcorder that rates high on durability (Read the reviews people offer good insight on Amazon)
