im looking for a good name brand camcorder?

im looking for around 300 or less.i want a good hd video one,and good a taking picture, and good sounds. and able to put on youtube with out the weird shake of wave that show sometime if you know what im trying to say. also, good in the light and dark with hd. like the canon hg20. but it too much.

I hate to break it to you, but at the budget point you set, you won’t get what you want. Please either increase the budget or reduce your requirements.
