What type of rain cover should I purchase for my camcorder?

I need a rain cover that would be able to stand category 5 hurricane winds and rain. I’ll also be filming tornadoes. Is there a rain cover that would protect my camcorder from potential hail fall? Sources? Direct link please. My camcorder is a Sony and the model number is DCR TRV830.
I also want to be able to have my LCD screen open while filming the storms. It’s easier than just looking through the view finder.

I’ve had good experience with porta brace products, though as your camcorder isn’t a pro model they probably never made a rain slicker for it.

Closest, but not exact fit, would be the sony trv950 model.

the sony spk-trc is the closest I think you’ll find, the trv830 is a few years old, and as i recall was bit bigger than its regular d8 siblings, the case may be a bit tight.
