Does my warranty cover this problem on my android phone?

My android phone which i got 2 weeks ago, is acting very slow. for simple tasks, such as texting and camera. also, when i’m on the home page where all my apps are, it glitches. when i try to select and app the screen looks like it shakes, should i return it?

Before you bring it back, try doing a factory reset – go to Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.

This will set the phone back to “like new” condition with no apps or any of your personal data – so if your problem is caused by a bad app, this would fix it.

(It’s also 99% likely that your phone company would tell you to do this before they would consider fixing or replacing your phone).

P.S. After you have done this you will need to reload your apps, etc. – but if you paid for any, you won’t have to pay for them again.
