How to fix blurry Blackberry Storm 1 camera?

I do not have the receipt although I’ve had it less than a year. It seems to be a hardware issue cause I have the latest OS. Where can I pay to get it fixed or exchanged?

Look to see if the lens is dirty.

Use a Q-Tip and a glass cleaner to clean the lens.
