camera cable adapters
Can I have a camera adapter on my BlackBerry????
Hi, I have a BlackBerry 8800…and it has no camera. I’m going to Paris in a few weeks, and don’t really want to take a camera with me so is it possible to buy like a camera as an extra for my blackberry through an adapter or whatever? Or even a cable that would connect from my camera directly to my BlackBerry in order for me to upload pictures from Paris instantly onto facebook through my BlackBerry ????

Unfortunately, there is no external camera availlable for any smartphone, as the 8800 was not designed to even understand pictures.
I cannot offer you any alternatives, sadly. Plugging in a camera to your Blackberry might work, but I have never tried it before. But my guess is no, because your Camera and your Blackberry both use the small USB Ports, and your Blackberry is not designed to pull files.
Additionally, it would cost you hundreds to upload pictures overseas. The roaming rates are ridiculous. When I was in Hungary for Business, I did nothing but reply to TEXT emails. Maybe 5 or 6 a day. I had a $353 Data Charge. Imagine with pictures.
