Can I install my own dashboard or Grill Camera on my car for my own protection?
Since the police have either dashboard mounted or concealed grill cameras in their patrol cars, can ordinary citizens install such a device in their own cars? It seems that everywhere now there is a camera rolling. Is this legal?
This could be used to record potential accidents that the driver may encounter for insurance and liability reason or if the driver gets pulled over, for him/her to give their version of the story as compared to the Police’s video footage.
