iPod Touch, Archos 5/5 IT or something else?
Hi,
I am looking for a new device as my iPod Touch broke. Must be in same price range as iPod Touch, Archos 5, Archos 5 Internet Tablet, no more than £300
Here are the specifications i NEED it to have:
must be at least 30Gb
must have internet
must have big screen (iPod Touch size or bigger)
must be good for gaming
must be good for email
must have built-in speaker
must have good battery life
must be fast (not laggy, can have a few apps open at once)
must have good multimedia apps available (guitar tools, etc.)
MUST MUST MUST fit in my pocket
now here’s my, would be good if it had, list:
camera
built-in mic
was easily customisable/hackable
sync compatible with mac software (e.g. itunes)
voice control

i would go with Archos either 5
they do all them things. maybe not as good at gaming. but ipod games are pretty poor.
you can get them up to about 160GB. so definitely enough memory and no lagging.
you can only get about 32GB ipod touchs. and there really expensive for a 32GB device.
