camera gear bags

A DSLR camera bag that conforms to the current Airport Hand luggage restrictions?
I’m going to be travelling to Greece at the end of the month and i really need a bag that can accommodate my photo gear and also allow me to carry a jacket/food and some water for day hikes.
The bag needs to be able to fit a canon 450D with grip, 18-55mm kit lens and a 75-300 tele lens with enough room to allow me fit in additional lenses (at least one more) in the future.
Also, the bag needs to be no bigger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm which is the current limit imposed at UK/EU airports.
My budget is ~£60. So far i’ve looked at the tamrac adventure 9 and the kata DR-467. However, i can’t really get a grasp of whether these bags are big enough for my needs without going over the airport restrictions.
Many thanks!
I use a lowpro Rover alot of the time. Its made by the same folks that made those great lowe backpacks for years so its made to be durable and comfortable. It would easily fit the camera equipment in the bottom but not with the 75-300 on the camera. It fits either under the seat or overhead. The top section works great for what you need on a day hike. If you want to carry alot of photo gear you may need more bottom space but its pleanty of room for what you listed here. I also have a national georgraphic that I take when I want to carry the laptop also as this lowepro does not catty a laptop
