how do i get my carrier logo back to at&t?

i jailbroke my iphone 3g and i used an app called make it mine and i changed my carrier logo to my name and since i have upgraded and rebooted all of my jailbroken stuff is gone execpt my carrier logo i am due at the genius bar in about 2 hours for a messed up camera so any body know how to fix this or do you know if it matters will apple still take it since it is unjailbroken ? please hurry

Try to connect it back to your PC and re-install the Apple s/w – Reset and re- install everything using itunes.

Jailbreaking the phone usually voids the warranty.
