My iPhone 4 crashes EVERY day. If I bring it to the Genius Bar, will they switch it out for a new one?
I haven’t dropped it in water or gotten it wet at all so I don’t understand why it crashes all the time. I don’t overuse it and there’s not that much data on it. I’ve also never dropped it on the ground either. It crashes nearly every day for NO reason. I’ll use my camera and switch to Photos or the Tumblr app and it crashes. I check my mail then look at my Twitter and it crashes. Sometimes it fullout crashes where it powers down, and sometimes it just freezes up.
When I had an iPod Touch, I had problems with it plenty of times and every time I brought it to the Genius Bar, they would switch it out for a new iPod Touch. Will they do the same for my phone? I just bought it last August so it’s under a warranty still, right?
They should be able to help and if its needed, they will swap it out. Make sure you backup your phone before going in.
