Why are my Nintendo Wii accessories not working?
The Wii remotes and Wii Fit balance board have stopped working. Here’s what happened: while playing a game (Zack and Wiki) one Wii remote stopped working – it just went dead. So we assumed batteries had gone and swapped to another Wii remote – this began by working but moments later it too had gone dead.
Tried turning off, leaving off, taking cable out, synching etc. Tried putting new batteries in. Nothing.
A few days later tried someone else’s Wii remote and it worked fine. But now I’ve just tried to put Wii Fit on, and though the stand-in Wii remote is fine, I can’t get the Balance Board to come on. A light flashes briefly then off. Tried synching, batteries etc.
What’s happening? I don’t think it is the sensor bar as I’ve had a look through the digital camera and I can see the lights either end.
None of the accessories have had heavy use and the Balance Board itself is only a couple of months old.
Any advice would be very very much appreciated!

Make sure the batteries are matching companies. Maybe u should take ur Wii to a gamestop and get it repaired.
