How do I transfer my 8mm videos into a DVD?.via my PC.. I am using an HP Multimedia PC….?
My video Camera has a video and sound out connectors which if used to connect to a TV , they work fine…..but I can not find the equivalent on my PC…..I am getting a lot of words regarding the need for a Video Capture Card…..but How can I tell if my system already has one and if not, what is reasonable and compatible in the market?
