camera quick shutter speed
Digital camera suggestions to meet my needs. .?
I love photography and taking pictures but i know little about actually purchasing a camera. I would like a sub-compact camera (one that isn’t big and bulky like a real professional camera but i don’t want the smallest thing in the world that takes horrible pictures). I have heard many good things about Cannon power shots. I want something with very quick shutter speed and with high mega pixels. What are some other features that i should look for when buying a camera if i want to be able to take more of macro shot pictures? My price budge has a limit of about $400. Anyone have any good suggestions?
Anyone have any bad experiences with certain brands please tell me. If you favor one brand over another please tell me that, too and why you like that certain brand.

a Powershot G7 would be the best that will fit your needs – but the price might be a little high for you so I think a Powershot S3 IS would be the best thing for you. It’s quite advanced for its class so you’ll be able to let yourself do some experiment with them, relatively minimal in term of shutter lag, 10 cm minimum focusing distance in macro mode, and it takes good picture. Also it’s a little bit under your price range (starting from $280 to $350 depending on which store).
