Man Beats Speed Camera. Authorities claim default.?

I don’t know how long this story will stay up. This man has created a device that can measure his speed within 41 meters. That supposedly an average speed. Isn’t that about 120 feet? The authorities claim he could slow down within that 41 meters and appear to not be speeding.
Hmmmm??? Could this be the end of the money-making speed cameras?
One quote said “speed kills,” well, yeah, but so do running stop signs, people pulling out in front of others, talking on cellphones, not paying attention, etc.
For speed cameras, the effect is delayed and travels only as fast as the post. In my opinion, with speed cameras, “Speed” makes money.
Do you not remember the guy who got off by getting a radar device, and taking it to court as part of his evidence. He wanted the exact radar gun that the cops used but they said they could not identify the exact gun and the judge ordered them to produce the same model and make, even though it was not the same gun.
The defendant then took the gun, pointed it at the judge, clicked the trigger and showed the judge that although he was sitting in one spot in his chair, the gun said he was travelling at 17mph.
All the defendant did was lean forward as he pressed the trigger on the device. The judge was sitting still but the defendant moved at 17mph as he leant forward.
He then asked the police to prove that they did not move forward at the time of taking his speed reading. of course they could not do that, so he got off.
That case was supposed to be the end of radar guns, but they still use them. People just pay the fines and don’t realise that a court has already judged them to be flawed, so a precedent exists that says radar traps are null and void.
Speed cameras are different. If the above case did not end radar traps, then what you say above will not end speed cameras sorry to say
