what is the best software to use with easycap for my birdbox camera?

I recently It bought easycap and installed the ulead software that came with it, onto my windows vista laptop, But when I plug my bird camera in to it, to view on my laptop. It does not work. My camera works fine on my TV & video, but not recognised on my laptop unfortunately. Can anyone help?

download pinnacle 14 trial version first to check if its compatible. you can do this from the pinnacle website. pinnacle is great software for most video camera & digital camera.
