What Type Of Camera Should I Get?

I need a cmera that can pause and resume while still recording a video. I’d like to be able to create videos for youtube, such as Fred does with his videos. If you need an example of what Im talking about, just watch one of Fred’s videos and you will nstantly know what I am talking about. My price range ranges from $89-$150 Dollars.

I have not used one of these cameras personally but I have seen them in stores and have heard them heralded as great for web videos as you describe. They are made by flip and are available at the upper end of the price range you listed. Canon cameras operate fine, I have owned many and used many more. Never have I seen an issue with the lens as previously described. The review site dpreview also may help you find a good option if the flip camcorder does not have what you are looking for.
