ITA Computers is offering a $98 netbook to U.S. customers from a website appropriately called 98dollarnetbook.com. The SmartBook 7 includes a 300MHz Via VT8500 CPU, a seven-inch 800 x 480 pixel display, 128MB of RAM and 2GB of flash storage, plus wired and wireless networking, the company says.
