Camera for photographing around the world?
Hellooo. I’m traveling around the world for 4 months to various places and would love suggestions for a great camera to bring. I am NOT a photographer so it can’t be too complicated…but i want it to take beautiful pics.
My budget is about $500 preferably UNDER that price.

The very best camera I know of for your budget is the Nikon D40.
It’s an SLR. Add an 18-200 lens and you’ll be ready to shoot
anything, anywhere.
With the lens the entire package will run about $600 but well worth
the investment.
Otherwise you’ll end up with a compact camera that won’t give you nearly the quality.
