Are MacBooks worth the money?
I love the look and feel of MacBooks, but are they worth the extra money? My brother has the older 13″ MacBook, but I like the new aluminum-cased one. I have a pretty nice laptop now, it’s a Compaq with nothing flashy, but I really like the MacBooks, espescially the newer aluminum-cased one. The thing is, my dad just bought me my current laptop in August and I don’t think he’d be happy to hear that I want a new one, even if I am paying for it on my own. I really like how the MacBooks are more compact, enviromentally friendlly, and have the camera and editing software already on there.
My choices are:
a) keep my current computer
b) buy the older 13″ MacBook
c) buy the new aluminum-cased 13″ MacBook
What should I do and why? I don’t want a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air because I can’t but that much money into my computer.
Is the newer unibody MacBook worth the money?
Well if you want Nividia graphics, faster CPU and a multi touch glass track pad which would save you getting an HP touch screen ane smudgy fingers all over the screen then it would be.
Baring in mind that Macs will also run Windows faster than a PC will.
Here is a guided tour of the multi touch track pad

If you are not so worried about multi touch – which similar to what the iPod touch and iPhone have then stick with the cheaper white MacBook.
