How do you just see one camera in Halo 3 theater?

Every time I play a film in theater, there is more than one camera on different people taking up different parts of the TV screen. I play local in custom games and forge, not Xbox Live or system link. I want to know how to make it so that only one camera in theater is taking up the whole screen, and still be able to include all people, instead of one person. I’m a machinima maker, so more than camera in theater is unacceptable. Other people have solved this problem. Why cant I?
