digital camera aperture priority

Is this considered a fully-adjustable digital camera?
I am planning on taking a course in Digital Photography and the requirement is for me to have a fully adjustable camera(manual modes). I bought a GE X500 Digital Bridge Camera http://www.general-imaging.com/us/Digital-Camera.aspx?id=1962 that allows me to set the Shutter Priority, Aperture Settings, ISO, Exposure Control etc. It has 16 megapixels with a 16.5 Image Sensor, 15x Optical Zoom? Plus Manual Modes etc.
I was wondering if this camera would meet the requirements of the class in terms of having a fully adjustable camera. While you cannot interchange the lens( I don’t need interchangeable lenses at this stage). I hope this works for the potential class. Thanks
How come you are asking this question AFTER you bought a camera, instead of before?
Yes, it has some manual settings (phew), but there are a few things that it seemingly does NOT have (which you can live without, but MAY need for a class):
1) no manual focus option
2) no way to attach a real flash
3) no bulb mode
At least it was cheap …… I’ll cross fingers for you that you’ll be happy with it.
