I’m looking for a good point and shoot digital camera with underwater casing, any suggestions?

I’d like to keep it under 600 for both camera and casing. I want a camera that will take clear pictures above and below water. 5.0+ mp and 3-4x optical zoom preferred.

I think Canon SD630 it’s a good option.
