Digital camera choice.?

I’m looking to replace my compact digi camera. The problems I need to overcome are that I have shaky hands, so need stabilisation. My current Samsung camera has no viewfinder, so I have to rely on the screen, which I cannot see in bright light conditions.
So I am looking for a digi camera with either a viewfinder, or a screen (or both) which is viewable in all light conditions. I prefer one with sound effects to indicate a successful snap. I also need image stabilisation or anti-shake to compensate for my hands shaking. I am a casual snapper on holidays etc, photography is not my hobby.
Perhaps someone can help with some suggestions or even point me to a site where I can tick boxes with my needs which would then come up with a shortlist to choose from.
I am not a great lover of these lightweight compact cameras, and would prefer the digital SLR shape camera.
I have a maximum budget of – wait for it – £150. Am I looking for the impossible?
