do you know of a really good digital camera with a decent flash?

every digital camera i’ve owned has had a horrible built in flash. i sell things on ebay so good pictures are really important. i’m getting a new one soon. any suggestions of ones with really good flash? i’m tired of using external flashes or trying to diffuse the flash. it can’t be an SLR camera (too expensive), but it has to have at least like 7 megapixels (think $350 max).
