I need to find a personal Digital Video recorder / player(flash mem type) that takes video input ie: camera?

I want to use a devise to record snowboarding with a remote camera on my person while the recorder is in my pocket or pack pack – simpley I dont want to have to hold the a camera

I have a panasonic camera with a remote. Some cameras have a remote, others don’t so look around for camcorders and look at the list of what’s in the box.
