can it record videos or hold your video camera?

The CM01 is a ball-joint camera mounting adapter for mounting a small camera on top of a standard microphone stand’s threaded top.
The list price is around $20 USD but they are discounted (Amazon & elsewhere) as low as $7 USD. (And from reading the reviews about quality-issues, it seems to be worth more like $5-$7!)
