WPD FileSystem Volume Driver (Error Code 10)?

I just bought a ASUS laptop from best buy less than a week ago. Whenever I plug up my sony cybershot camera the auto-play doesn’t appear I go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers and I get WPD File System Volume Driver (Error Code 10). I know its not my camera or the cord becuz i plugged it up to two different laptops and the auto-play appeared and i was able to view and load my pictures no problem. I also tried putting the memory stick directly into the laptop and i got the same thing. So I know its the driver and when I try to “troubleshoot” It says troubleshoot couldn’t identify the problem and when I try to update the driver it say that the driver is updated to the latest blah blah..I need help. I just want to load my dang pictures. I’m not a computer wiz kid so a step by step would be wonderful.
