flip camcorder megapixels
Need help deciding between cameras?
I want a camera that takes good pictures and decent-to-good video. Right now it’s between:
Canon Powershot A720
Canon Powershot SD750
Canon Powershot SD1000
The A720 looks the best, but it’s more expensive. Is it worth paying the extra money?
All models do video at 640×480 at 30fps and 2mbps. Is this good enough quality? Video doesn’t have to be perfect, but I don’t want it to be fuzzy, blurry, etc..
I’ve toyed with the idea of getting a Flip Video camcorder. Can those take still pictures too? Is the picture quality acceptable? Cnet says that a Flip Ultra has over 5 Megapixels.
What should I buy???
I would recommend to get A720 IS or SD1100 IS. SD750 and SD1000 do not have image stabilization. A720 IS gives you more control than SD1100 but SD1100 is smaller in size.
