Power outlets in India and Nepal?

Hi, I’m traveling to India and Nepal in a couple weeks and need to get some kind of a voltage convertor that i can use when i’m there, mostly to plug in my computer or charge camera batteries or other minor things. I looked online and found that those countries have the 3 round prong plugs but i can’t seem to find any converters that would go from the US plug into that 3 prong thingy… any suggestions / links to places where i can get something like that would be greatly appreciated.
