How do I set up a 400D to a wireless transmitter?
I have a Canon EOS 400D/Digital Rebel XTi, I’m trying to use
JTL Universal Infrared Sender – the HS-PC Cord 2110 does not work with my camera from what I can tell. Link below is to the wireless transmitter

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
That transmitter is to trigger a flash from your camera. You will need a Versalite slave flash for it to work at all from the looks of the description.
What other equipment do you have? Flashes, strobes, etc…
You are trying to trigger another flash aren’t you?
