Are the I touch 4G camera lens the same as the Iphone 4G?

I’m thinking about buying one if only the camera lens are the same. Like the resolution/picture of these two cameras are exactly the same.

No. The iPhone i believe is 5mp and the iTouch is less than 1mp.
