Does anyone know if there is an online camera?

I was wondering if there is a video camera you could use over the internet.

I once had this feeling that i can see other people through some sort of online camera… and i managed to find wat i needed…i have attached my source…all univs generally have a camera overlooking their campus..they are available for online viewing…am giving the link which answers to your needs…i just hope this answers you right away
