is this a good photography studio light kit?

im still new to all this and found a strobe lighting kit on ebay i have a budget of 350 and this one is close by to me. Is this a good kit to start with? And as i get better will i just have to replace this kit because i will outgrow it?

Personally I would not buy it. I find it too weak lighting wise and no idea how to get repair work done on it. Likely to end up in the trash. I have purchased White Lightnings and Alien Bees over the years (all made by Paul C.Buff). I was using one I purchased 24 years ago and it still works fine. I would recommend the highest wattage Alien Bee you can afford and build your lighting over time as money is available. I know how it is to be anxious to do it all at once and on the cheap, but in the end it is unwise.
