photography degree requirements
becoming a teenager photographer?all about it!!!?
ok i want to be a portrait photographer to take photos in sweet fifteen birthdays, weddings, etc…
* what is the least age you need to become a portrait photographer?
* do you need a degree in college?
* can a teenager have it’s own photography studio?
* do i have to have a special permit to have a photography studio?

There is a lot to know about photography and about running a business.
Different states have different laws about how old you have to be to run a legal business. Your will probably require a license or permit of some kind. So go to their website or call them for details. If you plan of processing you own film you may need a special permit for your dark room. But if you are working digitally this is not an issue. (No Chemicals)
You don’t need any photography degree. You need some quality photos to show people,(sales) this is called a portfolio. Most schools help you build a portfolio so when you get out you can really show what you’ve got. Equipment and a studio can be expensive and getting a bank to loan you money is nearly impossible without being able to show them you know how to run a Photograhy studio. I would recommend some business classes at a community college as a minimum education. A good university education in photography is best.
Photography is an art so if you have the eye and the skill go for it. Heck if people are willing to pay you then go for it.
