photography iso chart

Photography Question Please Help?
I am looking at a massive developing time chart on digitaltruth.com, and I have no idea what it means when it says “stock” under the dilution column. Here’s the link: http://www.digitaltruth.com/devchart.php?Film=HP5&Developer=ID-11&mdc=Search
For 800 ISO, it says “stock” for one of them. Does anyone know what that means?
Thank you
Given that “stock” is in the Dilution column, it probably refers to the use of the ‘stock’ (or starting) developer solution.
