photography kids
What would be a good book to get my friend that’s fresh out of photography class?
I want to get my friend something like a “field book” (something she can keep with her for reference) to help her along as she developes her photography. She is doing little projects here and there for people trying to get her feet wet but is nervous about doing kids (getting them to do what she needs, etc.) and stuff like that. Having a hard time finding a good book that can help her. She has taken the class so has basic knowledge. Any suggestions?
Actually if she keeps good notes of her techniques used to complete the assignments, she will do very well. It is the compilation of these notes that will in the end become her “field guide”
There are some good references on the internet, but if she has completed at least two classes in photography, she should have enough just in experience and muscle memory to not NEED a field guide except for very unusual lighting situations and using her light meter should be able to meet that challenge.
