How can I make photography proof portfolios from my computer?

I am wondering if there is any way I can quickly print 4-6 images on a page as a proof portfolio of sorts. I know you can order them online, but I really want to take pics of the client(s), load them on the pc real quick and have some way to quickly print them out onto pages so the client can order right here and now. Obviously, they need to be well spaced/organized like a proof portfolio. Is there any program or way to do this?
I have an incredibly fast laser printer, so time is not an issue!
