photography release form

As far as paperwork, what do you need in photography?
I have my client’s copyright release form already done. I have an appointment sheet to keep up with my clients? Anything else?
The first answer didn’t help much at all. I think i might have everything. Just want to check. I have an appointment sheet, Copyright release form, New client information form, & my photography policies.. anything else I need?
Ahhh, there’s nothing like an open mind!
you need: a business license, a taxpayer id #, insurance policies (liability at the very least) and what the first guy said:
Model releases for people
Property releases for land, buildings, and the like – You need a release even if you shoot in a public park, it the place is recognizable.
Then do what the second guy said: go take some business courses.
