I’m really into photography, but I’m looking for a “quality” starters camera UNDER 40 bucks?

I was given money to spend on Amazon for my birthday, I got a few CDs and a case for my Zune. I really like photography and want a “quality” ( you get what you pay for) camera that will stay charged for a reasonable amount of time. It will take nice photos, and of course is UNDER 40 bucks. Any suggestion?
well put it this way, a camera under 40$ that takes ok quality pics and will kinda stay charged

You CAN find quality FILM SLRs for around $40. They will be about 40 years old though. That doesn’t mean you can’t take good photos with them.

You won’t, however, find any decent digital cameras or recent film cameras for even close to $40.
