I need plans to build a simple, cheap device that will sense a camera’s flash, and trigger another flash.?

I have a great digital camera, but I don’t really like the flash. I also have a very nice 35mm camera mounted type of flash. I know I can by remote flash triggers, but they cost too much. I would rather find some basic plans to build my own.

It’s probably cheaper and faster to buy one? I have an otical slave trigger; basically it has a camera hotshoe on top, a tripod mount below and an optical trigger attached. It will detect another flash firing and trigger a flash attached to the hotshoe at the same time. Best of all, I think it doesn’t cost more then US$10-15 here (singapore)
