computer science and IT question?

If I study CS major (and study math too), what can I be with CS major? I’m saying like can i be network admin for a year and than change to programmer and if I don’t like it change to cyber security person or hacker for gov with CS major?
And If I study CS major, is that mean I’m also studying IT major? I don’t really don’t understand the difference; so which would be the best major if I want to do like almost everything with computer and do stuffs in the movies, i want to know hardwares, softwares, different kinds of programming(program software, program something for cell phone, TV, security camera, AI, etc.). Can you give me alot of examples what I can be when I study CS major? Thank you alot for the answers.

For that I think the best thing would be study a bachelors in CS and then take some certification courses for A+, N+ and more. Those two should be really easy (just take the exam) if you have the books.
