I have a Samsung camcorder with little maxell DVDs. How do I get the videos onto the computer?

I can’t figure it out and my booklet isn’t explaining it well.

Finalize disc in your camcorder.
Take disc to your PC.
Play video on disc using whatever software your PC has for playing DVDs.
