Im from the USA & visiting the Philippines.Are our elec.outlets the same?

I will bring a Digital Camera & Video Camera,will i be able to recharge my cams useing there outlets…..im in need of a 110 outlet.

Yup, the outlets themselves are the same, but you plug in any US item in, you’ll get a flash and a bit of smoke… the voltage here is 220 volts.

So, check your chargers and such to see if they’re dual voltage (110-220VAC). If not, wait till you get here, then go to a hardware store in any mall, and get yourself a 220 to 110 volt transformer.
