How do you handle your camera proffesionally on sims 2?

Okay, so I’ve made a couple sims 2 videos, but there just normal, not too good, and not to bad.
I deleted them from youtube, cuz i want a new start, so I have a question. How do you make your sims camera move slowly?
Like, in good movies, it doesnt just flash by,
how do u do it?
i found an answer a while ago about it, but u had to like change the numbers in the sims2 camera notepad thing,
but it never worked.
i downloaded gunmod’s camera hack, but it still doesnt work,
ive been trying to find this out for a while now,
but on youtube whenever i ask someone that, they never answer
