How to use an IP Survellience camera remotely?
I just bought a D-Link IP Survellience Camera. I set it up in my store so I can monitor things remotely.
I’m able to view the camera when I connect my laptop to the router I have in the store, but I’m not able to view it from outside the store.
I have a static IP address. And I’ve downloaded the software off the website, but it won’t log-in; gives me an ID or Password error, while when I log-in from the web browser, the same username and password work and view the camera
What exactly is missing? What did I do wrong? Please help me on this!

Make sure you are using Admin as the user name. Other user names will not allow you to log in with full (or possibly any) access and do not share the same password as your admin account.
